Select Pair. Once paired, open Desktop and then SteamVR in the Oculus. Launch Phasmophobia.

You can take a screenshot by pressing and releasing both the home button and the trigger at the same time. If you want to record a video, you can do so by pressing and holding both the home button and the trigger at the same time.
